We are delighted to have you join our parish family. Please fill out all applicable information, and a member of our team will reach out to you within a week.
If you are a RETURNING parishioner
Thank you for all that you do for our parish. Kindly update the form below with any current information so we can ensure our records are accurate.
This form is downloadable to your computer, where you can fill it out, save it, and return it at your convenience.
How to Submit Your Registration Form
Once you have completed your registration form, you may return it to St. Joseph Catholic Church using any of the following options:
1. Email Submission
Save the completed form, attach it to an email, and send it to:
wtaylor@stjosephorlando.org
2. Parish Office Drop-Off
Print the completed form and bring it to the Parish Office during regular operating hours.
3. Drop in the Collection Basket
Print the completed form, place it in the collection basket during Mass, and it will be forwarded to the Parish Office.
Active Parishioner Guidelines
A Registered and Active family/individual is one who:
1. Has formally registered and is participating in the life of the parish community for at least three months.
2. Attends Sunday Mass and Holy Days of Obligation
3. Contributes financially to the parish according to ones means
4. Places the offertory envelope each week in the collection basket, or participates in online or electronic giving.
Active member status in our database is essential for requesting the following:
· Parishioner tuition rate at a Catholic School.
· Endorsement to serve as a sacramental sponsor for Baptism or Confirmation
· To receive the Sacraments of First Holy Communion, Confirmation or Marriage (for oneself or for one’s children) at St. Joseph.
