Online Registration for the 2025-2026 Children’s Formation Year is now closed.

Formation FAQs

• Required Parent meeting dates: August 25 – 6:30 PM, August 27 – 4:30 PM, & August 28 – 6:30 PM.
• 2025/2026 Formation year begins the week of September 8th.

• The formation schedule is as follows:
• Grades 1 – 5 – Wednesday 4:30 pm – 6 pm
• Middle School – Thursday 6:30 pm – 8 pm
• High School – Monday 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
• Adult Formation classes are held at the same time as Children’s Formation Sessions. There is no fee to attend.
