High School Youth Ministry


Please join us as we kick off our new HS Youth Ministry at St. Joseph’s with our first weekly Youth Ministry gathering.

Who: All students entering grades 9-12 in Aug. 2019 are welcome.

What: This is a weekly gathering that will include dinner, refreshments, music, games, activities and talks designed to help youth grow in their Catholic faith, develop a closer relationship with God and serve their community.

When: Monday June 3rd and every Monday thereafter to September 2nd from 7pm-9pm. Then Monday September 9th and every Monday thereafter from 6:30pm-8:30pm.

Where: St Joseph’s Social Hall

Why: To have fun, be with friends, make new friends, get closer to Jesus, grow in your Catholic Faith, serve God and others.

Can My child bring a friend?

Yes absolutely!!!! All youth entering grades 9-12 in Aug. 2019 are welcome regardless of their faith background.

Is there are a fee to participate in Youth Ministry?

Yes, there is a fee for Youth Ministry. The time frame this includes is July 1, 2019 – June 30 2020.
$65 One Child
$115 Two Children
$145 Three Children or more

My child has a very busy schedule, are there attendance requirements to participate in St. Joe’s Youth Ministry?

There are no attendance requirements for Youth Ministry, your child can attend whenever they choose. There is however an attendance requirement for those preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Who are the adults supervising the Youth Ministry Gathering and Events?

All of our current Adult Directors and Adult volunteers are listed below along with their respective Titles. All of our Adult Directors and Volunteers have completed all of the Compliance requirements mandated by the Diocese of Orlando.

Will there be any other Youth Ministry activities besides the weekly gatherings, such as retreats, community service activities, conferences, social outings etc.?

Yes! We plan on doing all of the above!
